How do I get free delivery?
If you are getting items for one delivery day, your order must be over $149. If you are splitting the order between two delivery days, each delivery day must be over $75. There will be prompts at checkout to let you know.
Why is my Zip Code not allowing me to view menu?
We currently have a limited delivery area and only allow customers within our area access to our menu.
When is your order cut-off times?
If you would like your meals delivered Monday, please have your order placed by midnight the Friday before. If you would like your meals delivered Thursday, please have your order place by midnight on the Tuesday before.
When can I expect my delivery?
All meals are porch dropped in a cooler bag with ice pack before 7am on the selected delivery day. We will not ring your doorbell or disturb you in any way.
Is food frozen?
Your meals will be delivered 12 hours after preparing them. Always fresh and never frozen.
What do I do with the cooler bag and ice pack?
Please save the ice pack and cooler bag. The night before your subsequent delivery, place bag on porch so that we may retrieve. You may be charged $20 for every bag and ice pack not returned.
How long are meals good for?
All meals are guaranteed to last for 5 days from date stamped on lid of container. If for some reason, something spoils before the 5 days, please contact us as we will replace the item.
Is your food organic?
Quality is everything for us and while we don't source organic, all of our meat and seafood is antibiotic and hormone free.
Do you offer pickup?
Currently we are not offering pick up but please contact us if there is an issue with being able to have food delivered.
What if I forget to give you my gate code?
We will always do our best to access the gate but if we are unable, your delivery will be left outside the front gate and at the front office if applicable..
