Overnight Oats – Brain Food

Your choice of oats and yogurt with pea protein powder, dried bananas, dried cherries, a scoop of almond butter and chia seeds.
Add your choice liquid to the container the night before or at least 3 hours upon eating. You will want to make sure the oats are completely covered. Our favorite is Oat milk or a 50/50 mix of almond milk and water.
